Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon: Leaked UAP video captured by Homeland Security

When it comes to Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon, once in while a case comes up that is well documented, researched and analyzed by qualified scientists in various organizations and the UAP remains unidentified. Here is a case from 2013.

UAP video filmed over Rafael Hernandez Airport in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, from a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) aircraft on April 25, 2013.

A group of UAP researchers with backgrounds in science have come together to analyze a UAP video they have confirmed comes from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The object in the video was captured by a thermal imaging camera on a DHS aircraft, and according to the researchers, it exhibits characteristics that cannot be explained by any known aircraft or natural phenomenon.

The video is overlaid with the sort of telemetry one would expect from a military or law enforcement thermal image video. It shows an object apparently moving very quickly over land and then into the ocean. It seems to be tumbling or changing shape. It moves over buildings, through trees, and eventually over the ocean. Then things get fascinating. The object appears to go in and out of the ocean without slowing down, and at the end of the video is either joined by another object or breaks in two.

All of the primary witnesses have requested anonymity. However, several communications from  DHS employees indicate that the video caused quite a stir on the base.

The following video was submitted to independent SCU researchers in November 2013 by an official source.

Radar Data Video FAQ

Towards the end of the video, how can you tell whether the object splits in two or whether a second object joins it?

We broke the video apart frame by frame and looked at the thermal signature of the object prior to the split. We saw no indication of a separate object coming from the water but instead saw the primary object double in size, along with the development of two heat zones within the object, and then finally a splitting of the object into two separate objects. Our analysis is detailed on pages 30-39 of the report.

Were the object(s) seen on radar the same as the one recorded in video?

We do not know if the object(s) picked up on radar are the same as the object in the video. But it is odd to have an object without a transponder show up on radar in the same location as the origin of the object in the video and just a few minutes prior to that object’s appearance in the video.

Why does the object show as an unknown on radar earlier and then not appear on radar later when being recorded?

The object that is on the video is at too low an altitude to be detected by the radar. If it is the same object that was seen earlier on radar then it was at a higher altitude when detected by radar.
